Position: Administrative Assistant

This position is an administrative detail oriented in a small (3 person total) office. They will be reporting to two different people. Some of the primary roles of this position are:
• Assist the North Dade Director and the International Division Director with their work
• Answer phones
• Manage the day to day office
• Run reports in Excel
• Work with colleagues from the main office

We need someone who speaks English and Spanish.
• Knowledgeable with Excel
• Experience with CRM (donor databases)
• Good organization
• Attention to detail
• Good with people
• Phone etiquette
Requirements
Must be fully bilingual English/Spanish
Proficient with Excel and CRM
