My client is a growing Financial Services Firm seeking a new Sales Account Representative that will be responsible for educating clients and solutions-based sales of various financial products.
This position has tremendous career growth and is the opportunity to make $100k + in the first 12-18 months. The Sales Account Representative must have sales experience and great interpersonal skills.

The Sales Account Representative will be responsible for the following duties:

? Engage prospects from existing contact list with personalized, relationship-building sales approach.
? Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales budgets
? Drive business development within assigned region/markets - monitor and track opportunities
? Use consultative sales approach to evaluate target clients' goals and propose customized solutions.
? Take ownership of accounts including project management, marketing, and creative after successful client close.
? Implement strategies that achieve growth objectives of the company.
? Maintain a high level of expertise and knowledge of products and services.
? Gain in-depth, practical knowledge of our marketing, services, pricing, and competitive edge.
? Provide timely and accurate reporting as required
? Attend industry events during and after normal business hours as required.

Essential Duties:
? Great personality and presentation skills with the ability to discuss and understand financials and investments
? Professional presence and demeanor with the ability to travel in the assigned region to represent the brand at networking and social events
? Ability to successfully build the sales pipeline, as well as track and report on sales activity and results
? Highly effective in telephone and face-to-face communications
? Proven franchise sales record or record of measurable accomplishments selling in a comparable industry. Real estate experience is a plus!
Position requires the following:
? Driven, motivated, self-starter with history of sales success
? 1+ years of demonstrated successful field sales experience
? Success in managing entire sales process, from prospecting to close.
? Excellent communication and persuasion skills
? Ability to work independently from their home office
? Sales Professionals only ? ?order takers? need not apply

Qualifications Skills:
? 1+ years of sales experience
? Strong relationship building skills as well as strong persuasion and negotiating skills
? Must be a team player, able to handle ambiguity, anticipate and react to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment
