Description
OfficeTeam is partnering with a National leader in Anaheim, in their search for a hardworking dedicated Office Clerk to assist the Office Manager in this busy service office.
Duties and Responsibilities:

? Open Office at beginning of day. Close Office at end of day
? Answer telephone and assist caller or direct calls to proper person
? Take orders for products using Company specific procedures
? Assist Walk-In Customers including receiving customer payments
? Assist other Office Personnel, employees, vendors, and customers as needed.
? Various Office Duties
? Assist Managers in performing office duties. Perform Office Manager tasks as a backup to Office Manager
? Compare Delivery Calendar on Computer to Board at end of day. Resolve differences. Print Calendar and put in Binder.

Requirements
At least 1+ years within in office/administrative environment
Computer experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
