Description
We are seeking a highly detailed Data Entry Clerk to join our client's nationally known team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and be an excellent typist, with an eye for detail. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is required. Our client will rely on you for accurate and updated data that can be easily accessed through our proprietary database.
Primary duties and responsibilities:

Enter in a variety of data within our database
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
Review and enter data updates in the systems
Review discrepancies in data received and audit data for quality control
Advise and alert supervisor of issues related to data

Requirements
Knowledge and practical work experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Must have great organizational skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, often high-pressure environment, with proven ability to maintain composure
Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
Ability to read and interpret documents
Be detail oriented with a focus on accuracy
Be able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
