We are seeking to add a Data Entry Clerk to our client's operations team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

Job Summary
A highly innovative and progressive engineering company looking for a Data Entry Clerk/Clerical support to assist with administrative duties in the office. This is a small company where every individual must perform and is responsible for making important contributions to the company and its products.
Data Entry of all company, vendor information
Record keeping of all customer inquiries
You will also assist in coverage for the receptionist at front desk
other projects requested

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a high-volume environment.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines.
• Inputting data of inventory and products.
• Knowledge of basic computer functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to be flexible and positive in a fast-paced environment.
