SUMMARY
OfficeTeam is seeking candidates for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE position with a very reputable HVAC company located in Allentown, PA. Become an integral part of the team with this CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE by taking on many different responsibilities in this fast-paced environment. This CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE will be the primary point of contact for all customer communications and will be focused on assisting customers with orders and ensure timely response to all calls and orders. DUTIES
Answer and manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails
Create and schedule company work tickets
Research required information using available resources
Provide product and service information to customers
Manager and resolve customer situations
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
Relay information to technical support as necessary
Make outbound calls to customers for various outbound call programs
Provide billing information according to standard operating procedures
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Manage company website chat
Complete call logs and reports
Other duties as assigned

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2+ years' experience in Customer Service and/or related roles
Prior experience in Medium to High-volume Call Centers a plus!
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers/clients
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
Must be a dependable and reliable individual!
