SUMMARY
OfficeTeam is seeking candidates to fill a CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR position with a prestigious construction firm we are working with in the Allentown area. Become an integral part of the team with this CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR role as you will be providing efficient assistance to the company's team. This CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR will be working collaboratively with the project manager and team to maximize productivity. This CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR will also provide superior administrative support to various departmental leaders and will assist with day-to-day high-level administrative functions in a fast paced environment. DUTIES
Collaborate with project team and contribute to the entire project lifecycle
Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met
Manage calendar, daily correspondence, proposals/estimating, and other tasks
Coordinate efforts within the team and with outside consultants efficiently
Attend meetings and conferences, produce meeting minutes
Manage certificates of insurance
Save and track drawings/plans, apply for permits and other legal documents
Report updates in verbal and written form to management team
Monitor budget and help ensure resources are used efficiently
Help assign tasks and requirements to team members
Complete any other necessary administrative tasks, including research and email
Demonstrate commitment to clients' needs and confidentiality continuously

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
At least 5+ years' experience in Project Coordination, working in the Construction industry
Proficient in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite
Capability to adapt quickly with office procedures and processes
Excellent organizational, problem-solving and follow-up skills
Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities while working under little supervision
Must always be an exemplary representative of the company!
Effective interpersonal and listening skills, telephone etiquette, superior oral and written communication skills, proofreading skills and attention to detail
Associate's Degree preferably in Business Administration, but not a requirement!
