Description
OfficeTeam is currently seeking a talented General Office Clerk for an organization in Orange County. The General Office Clerk will directly be responsible for supporting departmental needs on a daily basis. The General Office Clerk will include but are not limited to the following:
- Filing documents
- Scanning documents
- Organizing files
-Data entry
-Compiling packets
-Sort and distribute mail
Requirements
The General Office Clerk must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- 1+ years of General Office experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
