Project Manager<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Company</strong></span><br />Our client is a leading consulting firm in Hong Kong driving a large scale pensions transformation project.</p><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span><br />We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the onboarding workstream within a broader Pensions Platform Uplift Project.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project management strategies for trustee onboarding using standardized templates, toolkits, and methodologies in line with PMO governance.</li><li>Project Monitoring: Oversee day-to-day onboarding progress, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule and tracking dependencies with the broader platform uplift initiative.</li><li>Data Analysis & Risk Mitigation: Gather and assess onboarding data to identify bottlenecks, risks, or inefficiencies, and implement timely corrective actions to address schedule or budget concerns.</li><li>Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., product, operations, compliance) and external trustees, providing proactive guidance and resolutions to emerging issues or challenges.</li><li>Reporting: Prepare clear and concise status updates, dashboards, and project documentation for internal leadership and governance forums.</li><li>Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for trustees, keeping them regularly informed on onboarding progress, key updates, and any required actions.</li><li>Governance & Standards: Ensure all onboarding activities are compliant with internal PMO frameworks and regulatory standards relevant to pension schemes.</li><li>System Implementation Experience: Leverage prior experience in technology or platform implementation projects to ensure smooth integration of new processes and tools for trustees.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience managing projects in financial services, or regulated environments.</li><li>Demonstrable experience in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.</li><li>Familiarity with platform migration or uplift initiatives is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience working within a Project environment and applying structured project methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).</li><li>Understanding of pension scheme operations and trustee obligations is an asset</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Apply Today </strong></span><br />To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
