To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a caliber to join their fund team.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Report to the Fund Controller and work with the fund team in China and UK.</li><li>Hands-on PE and VC fund accounting, prepare quarterly investor reports, and annual fund financial statements.</li><li>Handle carried interest calculations and prepare distribution and call notices along with associated computations.</li><li>Collaborate with venture capital teams, third-party fund administrators, Corporate Treasury, legal and tax departments to ensure accurate investment transaction processing and effective cash management.</li><li>Support tax compliance requirements such as K1, PFIC, and CFC.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline.</li><li>Prefer candidate with 3 to 8 years of PE/VC fund admin/buy-side PE/VC fund accounting/Big 4 with PE/VC auditing experience.</li><li>Member of CPA is an added advantage.</li><li>High level of multi-tasking and time management skill are required.</li><li>A team-player with excellent working attitude; willing to take on multiple functions.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
