- <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Company</strong></span></p><ul><li>Our client is a well-established insurance company with a strong market presence, committed to delivering reliable and customer-focused insurance solutions.</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><ul><li>Manage and support the implementation of the data governance framework and operating model</li><li>Support business teams in developing and maintaining data dictionaries, data lineage, and business glossaries for critical data elements</li><li>Work closely with Operations and Data Analytics teams to implement data quality and data protection standards, as well as drive adoption</li><li>Monitor data quality dashboards and validate corrective and preventive actions to address data quality issues</li><li>Facilitate reviews of key business processes, rules, and standards with relevant stakeholders</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li>University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline</li><li>4-5 years of relevant experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Analytics within financial services and/or FinTech industries</li><li>Proven experience in establishing, implementing, and monitoring data governance frameworks</li><li>Familiarity with data governance tools such as Informatica (Axon, EDC, IDQ) is an advantage but not mandatory</li><li>Strong proficiency in databases, data management, analytics, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SQL, and other big data or advanced analytics tools</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Apply Today</strong></span></p><ul><li>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
