A Leading Corporate Bank - Asset Liability, AVP/VP (up to 90k)<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>My client is a leading corporate bank, and they are currently looking for an experienced ALM candidate to join the team.</p><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement policies and systems for asset and liability management.</li><li>Create business development and annual plans, prepare budgets, establish assessment criteria, and ensure the execution of business plans and budget evaluations. Optimize asset and liability structures to maintain a balanced resource allocation.</li><li>Conduct monthly asset liability management and comprehensive operational analyses and organize ALCO and operational analysis meetings.</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in banking, with a solid understanding of asset and liability allocation, budgeting, planning, and operational analysis within commercial banks.</li><li>Bachelor's degree or higher, with strong skills in data analysis and report writing.</li><li>Proven sense of responsibility, execution skills, teamwork orientation, and a proactive, innovative mindset.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure.</li><li>Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua) and English.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
