<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>Top Tier Life Insurer - Training Officer, Contract (Fresh Grad Welcome)</p><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></p><ul><li>Support the delivery of insurance licensing examination training programs, including facilitating training sessions and coordinating logistics</li><li>Assist in the review, update, and maintenance of training materials to ensure alignment with current regulatory and examination requirements</li><li>Contribute to the development and enhancement of eLearning modules, including content design, digital conversion, and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>To participate in the development of digital training materials &amp; tools including e-learning program design &amp; production, video shooting &amp; editing, script translation;</li><li>To provide support on training administration and logistics including training room and equipment maintenance, training materials preparation, training enrollments and inventory control;</li><li>To support ad-hoc projects as assigned.</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Requirements:-</span></strong></p><ul><li>Undergraduate of any disciplines</li><li>Preferably with prior teaching, training, or presentation experience, demonstrating strong communication and facilitation skills</li><li>Confident and comfortable in presenting to and engaging with large groups (10-15 pax) of participants in both classroom or online settings</li><li>Comfortable exploring AI tools and adopting new digital applications, with a proactive mindset toward leveraging technology to enhance training effectiveness</li><li>Mature, independent, self-motivated, agile, and able to work under pressure</li><li>Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese</li><li>Fluent in speaking Putonghua is an advantage is a plus</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
