To support their continued business expansion, they are seeking a Finance Manager to join their Finance team. The Role<ul><li>In-charge of month-end financial and management reporting and Cayman Island corporate entity to ensure all entities comply with HKFRS and IFRS respectively.</li><li>Took the lead to manage the annual corporate audit with external auditor.</li><li>Liaising with external fund administrators and reviewing monthly valuations for managed funds.</li><li>Responsible for preparing the regulatory filings to HK SFC and CIMA, includes but not limited the Financial Resources Return ("FRR") and Fund Annual Return ("FAR").</li><li>Supporting daily operations, including payment processing and bank account maintenance.</li><li>Coordinating statutory audits with external auditors and preparing financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.</li></ul> Your Profile<ul><li>University degree or higher in Finance or Accounting; CPA designation is preferred.</li><li>8+ years in corporate accounting experience in Asset Management or financial institutions.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written English skills.</li><li>Good commercial sense and ability to simplify complex information.</li></ul> Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
