If you're looking for a role where you can make an impact, showcase your skills, and grow professionally, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Lead the delivery of finance system enhancement and transformation projects, from business requirement analysis through to implementation and post-go-live support.</li><li>Provide leadership and oversight to Business Analysts and project team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project standards.</li><li>Drive solution design workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline finance processes across premium collection, reconciliation, financial reporting, and regulatory control functions.</li><li>Establish and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and operational procedures.</li><li>Oversee UAT activities by reviewing test strategies, validating test scenarios, monitoring defect resolution, and ensuring successful deployment readiness.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact between Finance, IT, and Life Operations, facilitating effective communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Support change management and user adoption by providing guidance, training, and post-implementation support to business users.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Finance Systems, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
