This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and high-performing investment firm with significant learning and growth potential.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p> </p><ul><li><strong>NAV, valuation &amp; reporting</strong>: Review NAV, P/L, and valuation outputs, perform reconciliations where required, and prepare weekly estimates and internal reports.</li><li><strong>Trade lifecycle management</strong>: Oversee trades end-to-end including booking, affirmation, confirmation, and settlement tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.</li><li><strong>Reconciliations &amp; break resolution</strong>: Perform daily cash and position reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and work with brokers, administrators, and vendors to resolve issues.</li><li><strong>Vendor oversight &amp; liaison</strong>: Act as key contact with prime brokers, administrators, and external partners to ensure efficient daily operations.</li><li><strong>Cash, collateral &amp; payments</strong>: Monitor cash balances, margin/collateral movements, and support funding and payment processes to ensure smooth operations.</li><li><strong>Corporate actions &amp; capital activities</strong>: Track corporate actions, subscriptions/redemptions, and ensure all events are accurately reflected across records.</li><li><strong>Controls, audit &amp; risk support</strong>: Assist with operational controls, audit processes, and internal checks to maintain data accuracy and compliance.</li><li><strong>Process improvement &amp; projects</strong>: Identify workflow enhancements, streamline processes, and support automation initiatives and ad-hoc projects.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Fund Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.</li><li>CPA qualification (completed or in progress) would be a strong advantage.</li><li>About 7-10 years of experience in fund operations, fund accounting, NAV calculation, trade operations, reconciliation, or middle office functions.</li><li>Strong understanding of fund structures, valuation processes, and operational workflows within the asset management or hedge fund industry.</li><li>Good knowledge of investment products and the trade lifecycle would be beneficial.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel; exposure to fund accounting platforms or data analytics tools is advantageous.</li><li>Experience with Excel, VBA, or automation tools would be highly desirable.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
