Due to expanding, this role will provide operational support across a diverse range of asset. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to advance their career within a top-tier financial institution renowned for its commitment to operational excellence.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Fund operations: </strong>Provide overall operational support including trade booking and confirmation, cash and position reconciliation, corporate actions, failed trade investigation, etc.</li><li><strong>Operational liaison:</strong> Liaise with prime brokers and fund administrators to ensure smooth operation workflows and timely resolution of operational issues.</li><li><strong>Record maintenance:</strong> Maintain records for trade confirmations, broker/fund statements, and internal documents.</li><li><strong>Reporting support:</strong> Assist in preparing various investment reports for Portfolio Managers and Management.</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Miscellaneous projects:</strong> Undertake other projects as assigned.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.</li><li>Approximately 3-7 years of relevant experience in trade support, fund operations, or corporate actions.</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial instrument is an advantage.</li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with data analysis tools, including emerging AI-based applications.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
