We are seeking strong Fund Accounting operations professionals with deep hands-on experience who can hit the ground running, support both BAU delivery and fund implementation, and manage Tier A institutional clients.</p><p style="display: inline !important;"> </p><p style="display: inline !important;"><br /><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li><p style="display: inline !important;">Lead end‑to‑end Fund Accounting implementation for new fund onboarding, ensuring readiness for tight delivery timelines (target November go-live)</p></li><li><p style="display: inline !important;">Act as a hands‑on Fund Accounting SME, supporting both BAU operations and project execution independently</p></li><li><p style="display: inline !important;">Manage high-complexity structures across ~100 funds involving multiple product lines (FA, Custody, Trustee)</p></li><li><p style="display: inline !important;">Serve as a key contact for Tier A institutional clients, ensuring service quality and operational stability</p></li><li><p style="display: inline !important;">Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (Custody, Trustee, Data Migration teams) to ensure seamless onboarding</p></li><li><p style="display: inline !important;">Troubleshoot operational issues during transition and post‑implementation phases</p></li><li><p style="display: inline !important;">Ensure compliance with MPF and ORSO regulatory requirements</p></li><li><p style="display: inline !important;">Support data validation, parallel runs, and cutover activities where required</p></li></ul><p><br /><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of strong Fund Accounting operations experience</li><li>Proven track record handling fund onboarding / implementation within operations teams</li><li>Solid MPF and ORSO fund experience (mandatory)</li><li>Able to balance BAU delivery and project responsibilities without hand‑holding</li><li>Background in operations with subsequent exposure to project work is highly acceptable</li><li>Multifonds fund accounting platform experience is highly desirable</li><li>Language: Fluent English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Apply Today </strong></span><br />To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
