Known for innovation, robust infrastructure, and top-tier client solutions, their Prime Services platform supports many of the world's leading hedge funds and asset managers.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Transactional Legal &amp; Documentation Review:</strong> Oversee and review execution documentation for complex prime brokerage transactions, including ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes (CSA), Master Repurchase Agreements (GMRA), Global Master Securities Lending Agreements (GMSLA), and bespoke side letters.</li><li><strong>Cross-Functional Partnering:</strong> Serve as the strategic link between Legal, Compliance, Credit Risk, Operations, and Front-Office Trading/Sales teams to ensure transactions comply with regulatory standards and internal risk appetites.</li><li><strong>Regulatory Compliance &amp; Process Governance:</strong> Monitor regulatory updates affecting transaction documentation and trade reporting (e.g., Dodd-Frank, EMIR, SFTR, HKMA/SFC guidelines) and drive process enhancements to mitigate legal and operational risks.</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li><strong>Legal Background:</strong> Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Juris Doctor (J.D.), or a degree in Finance/Business with strong Paralegal or Legal Operations experience within financial services.</li><li><strong>Professional Experience:</strong> 3-6+ years of experience in Prime Brokerage Transaction Management, Legal &amp; Documentation (Negotiation), or top-tier law firm.</li><li><strong>Product &amp; Agreement Knowledge:</strong> Strong familiarity with ISDA / GMRA / GMSLA frameworks, equity/synthetic derivative structures, securities lending, and margin documentation.</li><li><strong>Key Competencies:</strong> Exceptional contract analysis skills, high attention to detail, sound risk judgment, and the ability to negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders under market pressure.</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> Excellent written and spoken English (Cantonese / Mandarin is a plus).</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
