This role is ideal for professionals with strong AML knowledge, analytical skills, and experience reviewing sanctions, PEP, and adverse news alerts. The Role<ul><li>Support the Name Screening tuning project and perform post-implementation reviews of screening threshold and matching logic changes</li><li>Review and assess screening alerts to evaluate alert quality and effectiveness</li><li>Analyze true matches, false positives, and overall alert relevance</li><li>Conduct comparative testing across different screening scenarios and identify trends and improvement opportunities</li><li>Prepare data analysis and management reports, including alert volumes, hit rates, escalation rates, and false positive ratios</li><li>Develop dashboards and management information (MI) to support decision-making</li><li>Document testing results, findings, and conclusions to maintain a clear audit trail</li></ul> Your Profile<ul><li>3-7 years of experience in AML, Compliance, Financial Crime, Risk, or a related field</li><li>Hands-on experience reviewing Name Screening alerts, including PEP and adverse news screening</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets</li><li>Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and INDEX/MATCH</li><li>Strong reporting and documentation skills with experience producing audit-ready workpapers</li><li>Familiarity with UAT, business analysis, or project-based environments is highly preferred</li><li>Strong communication skills and attention to detail</li></ul> Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
