<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>A fast-growing Global Fintech Company specializing in stablecoin-based payment platform with almost 10 million active user base across 100 countries is looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead their 20-people Digital Product team.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Build and integrate platform products for cryptocurrency deposits, withdrawals, exchanges, and payment services.</li><li>Develop and optimize fiat on/off-ramp transaction pathways (local &amp; cross-border), including credit card acquiring, wallet acquiring, VA accounts, and remittances.</li><li>Research, evaluate, and integrate global payment collection &amp; settlement channels (e.g., Visa Direct, Thunes, MoneyGram) to ensure stability and compliance.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and improve core payment metrics (success rates, chargeback rates, costs) to drive product iteration.</li><li>Ensure product compliance with regional payment regulations and collaborate with risk/compliance teams to secure transactions.</li><li>Define and execute product strategy for crypto and fiat payment platforms, aligning with business growth objectives.</li><li>Team and resources management, and own end-to-end digital product management-from ideation and UX flow design through development, launch, and optimization.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above; preference for graduates from 211/985 universities or QS Top 100 institutions.</li><li>5+ years in payments, cross-border remittances, or fintech <strong>digital product management</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with payment scenarios: card acquiring, wallet acquiring, VA accounts, settlement, and remittances.</li><li>Experience in channel integration and knowledge of global payment networks (SWIFT, SEPA, FPS).</li><li>Strong background in building payment platforms (payment/core systems, routing, clearing &amp; settlement).</li><li>Language skills in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) are mandatory.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
