Investment Manager, Equity Research (AI, Tech, Consumer)

Their investment strategy encompasses Funds of Funds, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Public Equity strategies, providing a complex and stimulating operational environment. The Role<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive fundamental research, including financial modeling, valuation analysis (DCF, comparable company analysis), and industry trend assessment.</li><li>Produce high-quality, written research reports, initiation reports, and timely investment notes with clear buy/hold/sell recommendations.</li><li>Monitor and analyze market news, regulatory developments, and earnings reports for covered companies and sectors.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with company management teams, industry experts, and sales/trading counterparts.</li><li>Present research findings and investment theses persuasively to internal stakeholders and clients.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the global research team to formulate cohesive regional and sector perspectives.</li></ul> Your Profile<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. CFA designation or progress toward it is a strong plus.</li><li>4 to 10 years of relevant equity research experience, ideally covering Consumer, TMT, AI or related sectors.</li><li>Proven experience in analyzing companies across multiple geographies; direct experience with Hong Kong, China, and/or US equities is essential.</li><li>Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
