Acting as a key partner to senior leadership, you will ensure the business maintains robust governance while supporting strategic decision‑making. You will also guide and develop a capable finance team, helping shape the evolving finance function.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who wants broad exposure, hands‑on responsibility, and the opportunity to step up - including deputising for the CFO when required.</p><p>The salary on offer is up to c£70,000 + benefits.   • <p><strong>Location:</strong> Avonmouth (Hybrid - 1 or 2 days required in office a month) <br /> <strong>Salary:</strong> £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE)</p><p>Robert Half are partnering with an expanding business in Bristol to help recruit for a Management Accountant on a full-time and permanent basis. This role will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a small-business environment, managing multiple priorities, and being closely involved in month-end and reporting processes.
