Interim HR Business Partner<p>Interim HR business partner sought to join higher education institution in Bolton. <br />3 months Interim with a view to go permanent.</p><p>This role requires an experienced HR professional adept at influencing leadership, managing change, and delivering impactful HR solutions that support the organisation's growth and operational goals.</p><p>Key Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li> Collaborates with senior leaders to design and implement a comprehensive people strategy</li><li>Provides expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning</li><li>Leads initiatives to foster a high-performance culture through engagement programmes and leadership development</li><li> Oversees the design and delivery of change management strategies to support organisational transformation</li><li>Advises on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and HR best practices</li><li> Promotes employee well-being and contributes to an inclusive and positive workplace culture</li><li>Drives innovation in HR by leading projects focused on diversity and inclusion, reward frameworks, and digital transformation</li><li>Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders and serves as a proactive and influential advisor</li><li>Works collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver high-quality, consistent HR service</li></ul><p>You will be based in their Bolton office, with flexibility to work from home once a week.</p><ul><li>The ideal candidate will have:</li><li> A strong HR background within a fast-paced and highly commercial environment</li><li>Proven strategic experience with the ability to deliver operational where required</li><li>Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives</li><li>You will ideally be MCIPD or Associate </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels</li><li>A proactive, solution-focused approach and a proven ability to deliver results</li><li>Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices*</li><li>Experience in managing complex projects, including organisational change and culture development</li></ul><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
