This business has developed a strong reputation as an employer of choice, and have recently promoted from within their finance function and so this role could suit candidates looking to progress and develop into a more senior position as their career evolves.</p><p> </p><p>Reporting into the Senior FP&amp;A Analyst, key duties of the Assistant FP&amp;A Analyst will include:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Preparation and consolidating of monthly reporting such as:</li><li>Management accounts</li><li>Forecasts</li><li>Secured Income</li><li>Utilisation</li><li>Debtor days</li><li>Internal global revenue by sector</li><li>External global revenue by sector and client to CBRE</li><li>Internal Key Client and Major Program reporting</li><li>Assisting with the preparation of financial packs for several global Board meetings and Committees</li><li>Assisting with ad-hoc reporting using big data from our financial ERP.</li><li>Reviewing, analysing and challenging submissions from Regional Finance teams to ensure reporting is accurate and timely</li><li>Always working in accordance with our behavioural values</li><li>Other ad-hoc reporting and analysis tasks will form a significant part of this role.</li></ul><p> </p><p>To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with the following:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Strong Excel skills are essential to this role</li><li>Experience within an international organisation is desirable</li><li>Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail</li><li>Ability to analyse and trend information - not to simply input data into a spreadsheet</li><li>Confident individual with good interpersonal skills, capable of demonstrating an ability to communicate, present to and challenge effectively with global finance teams</li><li>Ability to work to set deadlines delivering consistent and accurate information</li><li>Must be comfortable with working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment</li><li>Good organisational skills, used to managing and prioritising workload</li></ul><p> </p><p>In return, the successful candidate will receive the following:</p><p>£26,000 - £32,000 base salary</p><p>Study support</p><p>25 days holidays</p><p>Hybrid working environment</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
