- <p>Robert Half are working with a leading payments organisation is looking for an experienced <strong>ISO Implementation Consultant</strong> to support the development and delivery of its ISO certification programme.</p><p>This is an initial four-month contract, working approximately 20 hours per week, supporting a Europe-wide programme.</p><p>The successful candidate will have a strong background in ISO implementation, information security, GRC, technology risk or cyber security, with practical experience advising organisations on ISO requirements and supporting them through certification or audit readiness.</p><p>The role will combine hands-on ISO expertise with programme management, stakeholder coordination and the development of an effective ISO operating model.</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul data-spread="false"><li>Support the development and delivery of the organisation's ISO certification programme.</li><li>Provide programme management and PMO support across the certification lifecycle.</li><li>Support the development and implementation of an effective <strong>ISO operating model</strong>.</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business teams and external partners.</li><li>Support certification planning, readiness and execution activities.</li><li>Conduct gap assessments and identify areas requiring remediation.</li><li>Support preparation for internal and external ISO audits.</li><li>Review and develop ISO policies, processes, controls and supporting documentation.</li><li>Provide practical advice and guidance to stakeholders on ISO requirements and best practice.</li><li>Track programme actions, risks, issues, dependencies and key milestones.</li><li>Support governance, reporting and stakeholder communications across the programme.</li><li>Help ensure the organisation is appropriately prepared for upcoming certification and audit activity.</li></ul><h3>Experience:</h3><ul data-spread="false"><li>Strong commercial experience within ISO, Information Security, Cyber Security, GRC or Technology Risk.</li><li>Proven experience supporting organisations through ISO implementation, certification or audit preparation.</li><li>Strong understanding of ISO standards, controls, governance and certification requirements.</li><li>Experience advising clients or internal stakeholders on ISO requirements and supporting them towards certification.</li><li>ISO-related qualifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor would be highly desirable.</li><li>Experience carrying out ISO gap assessments, readiness assessments or control reviews.</li><li>Strong programme management / PMO experience, with the ability to manage actions, risks, dependencies and deliverables.</li><li>Comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a client-facing environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate ISO requirements into practical business actions.</li><li>Experience working within financial services, payments or another highly regulated environment would be advantageous.</li><li>Able to work independently and provide structure within a developing certification programme.</li><li>Experience operating across multiple European stakeholders or international organisations would be beneficial.</li></ul><h3>Contract:</h3><ul><li><strong>Contract:</strong> Initial 4 months</li><li><strong>Hours: </strong>20 hours per week</li><li><strong>Location:</strong> London - Hybrid Working</li><li><strong>Industry:</strong> Payments / Financial Services</li><li><strong>Working Pattern:</strong> Part-time contract</li><li><strong>Inside IR35 </strong></li></ul><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions. UK Remote.
