<p>Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a growing <strong>SME</strong> based in <strong>Bicester</strong> to recruit a <strong>Financial Controller.</strong> The Financial Controller will receive a salary up to <strong>£60,000</strong> along with other attractive benefits.</p><p>This role would best suit an individual who enjoys working in a small team and doesn't mind rolling their sleeves and getting stuck into all aspects of the finance function.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Primary responsibilities; </strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Overview of banking, outsourced payroll, AP and AR</li><li>Accounts preparation, reporting and compliance.</li><li>Improving financial controls, processes, driving automation and systems to enable effectiveness and efficiency</li><li>Managing the small and experienced Finance team</li><li>Preparation of the monthly management pack in a timely manner and reviewing and reporting of key variances.</li><li>Preparation of budgets and management information as requested.</li><li>Liaising with auditors and other professional advisors</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Key experience and attributes;</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Qualified Accountant ideally.
