Motor Claims Handler <p>Robert Half are currently working on an exciting opportunity with our sister company Protiviti, I am looking for 3 Motor Claims Handlers to join a rapidly growing business within their claims handling team.</p><p> </p><p>This role will involve speaking with customers to ensure that their Motor Claims are handled in a professional &amp; empathetic manner guiding customers through the insurance process to completion.</p><p> </p><p>The role will be<strong> 100% remote</strong> and will initially be for a <strong>period of 3 Months</strong> with the opportunity for extension at the end or even possibility to move permanently within the business. <strong>The hourly rate on offer for this role dependant on experience will be £12 - £14PH</strong></p><p> </p><p>Previous experience within any of the following roles will prove advantageous for this role - Motor Insurance Claims Handler, Motor Claims, Insurance Claims Handler.</p><p> </p><p>Here is an overview of the role that will be fulfilling -</p><p> </p><p><strong>- Provide professional but empathetic service through the claims process via multiple channels including, phone and email</strong></p><p><strong>- Able to anticipate the customer need and action to ensure process is managed in its entirety</strong></p><p><strong>-Support customers through the process of their claim providing guidance and relevant information to support them and help them understand what is needed for prompt and accurate resolutions</strong></p><p><strong>-Ensure a solid understanding of the procedure to be able to give customers accurate and consistent information</strong></p><p><strong>- Maintain accurate records on the system ensuring making sure the highest standards of data integrity are upheld</strong></p><p><strong>- Work with wider team to resolve complex issues &amp; escalate issues where needed</strong></p><p><strong>-Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver exception service</strong></p><p> </p><p>Previous experience within a claims handling role will be beneficial for this role.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
