Company This well established global manufacturing company are based in West London, and due to a retirement within the finance team, they are looking for a successor to take over the finance team. This role will report into the US, as well as the UK General Manager. This is a great company and the current incumbent has been with the business for 15+ years. They have a great culture and really look after their employees. The Financial Controller will be based in the office five days per week. This could potentially change to more of a hybrid-model in the future, however this is not promised. RoleThe Financial Controller will be responsible for the daily running of the finance function, will be responsible for signing off the management and financial accounts, as well as managing a team of three people. You will be responsible for liaising with the Global Controller and business partnering with multiple people across the business. This is a great opportunity that will allow you to progress into a Finance Director. This position will be based in central London. Manufacturing and production experience is preferred. ProfileThe successful candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy will be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified and ideally will have worked within the manufacturing and production sector. You will have experience managing a team (at least 3 years of experience managing). This position will be based in West London, so you will need to be able to commute to the office five days per week. You must be confident, able to engage with key stakeholders and manage the finance function.
