But you must have <strong>Azure Certifications</strong>. </p><p>Excellent Benefits on offer </p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Watford<br /><strong>Working Pattern:</strong> Hybrid - 2 days onsite / 3 days remote<br /><strong>Salary:</strong> Competitive, dependent on experience<br /><strong>Contract:</strong> Permanent</p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior DevOps Engineer with strong Microsoft Azure experience</strong> to join our technology team in Watford.</p><p>This is a <strong>purely project-focused role</strong>, with no heavy BAU element. You'll be responsible for designing, building and delivering modern cloud and DevOps solutions across a range of exciting technology projects.</p><p>We're ideally looking for someone who holds <strong>Microsoft Azure certifications</strong> and can demonstrate strong hands-on experience delivering Azure-based solutions.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>You will:</p><ul><li>Design and implement <strong>Azure cloud infrastructure</strong> across a variety of projects.</li><li>Build and manage <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong> using Azure DevOps.</li><li>Develop Infrastructure as Code using <strong>Terraform, Bicep or ARM</strong>.</li><li>Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration and deployments.</li><li>Support Azure migration, transformation and modernisation projects.</li><li>Implement cloud security, networking, monitoring and governance.</li><li>Work closely with developers, architects and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and contribute to DevOps best practice.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve automation, scalability, reliability and deployment processes.</li></ul><h3>Key Skills &amp; Experience</h3><p><strong>Essential:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong commercial experience as a <strong>Senior DevOps Engineer or someone moving into Devops from a Strong Infra Background with Azure experience</strong>.</li><li>Extensive hands-on experience with <strong>Microsoft Azure</strong>.</li><li>Strong experience with <strong>Azure DevOps and CI/CD</strong>.</li><li>Infrastructure as Code experience - ideally <strong>Terraform and/or Bicep</strong>.</li><li>Strong scripting skills using <strong>PowerShell and/or Python</strong>.</li><li>Excellent understanding of Azure networking, security and identity.</li><li>Experience working on <strong>project-based cloud implementations and transformations</strong>.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Desirable: NOT ESSENTIAL </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Microsoft Azure certifications</strong>, ideally at Associate or Expert level.</li><li>Azure Administrator Associate (<strong>AZ-104</strong>).</li><li>Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (<strong>AZ-400</strong>).</li></ul><h3>The Opportunity</h3><p>This is a great opportunity for an experienced <strong>Azure DevOps Engineer</strong> who wants to focus on <strong>projects, transformation and engineering</strong>, rather than being primarily responsible for BAU support.</p><p>You'll work on a variety of Azure initiatives, have the opportunity to influence technical direction and help deliver a modern, scalable cloud environment.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Watford<br /><strong>Hybrid:</strong> 2 days onsite / 3 days remote</p><p>If you're a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong Azure experience and ideally hold relevant <strong>Microsoft Azure certifications</strong>, we'd love to hear from you.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
