A fast-growing, technology-driven business in the building services sector is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation/Project Manager to lead a 12-month end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation. The role has a strong focus on Finance and related modules and is pivotal in transforming how the business operates, scales, and makes financial decisions.Role Overview:<ul data-start="517" data-end="1152"><li data-start="517" data-end="621">Own the full ERP project lifecycle-from planning and design to delivery, adoption, and optimisation.</li><li data-end="781" data-start="622">Lead Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM module implementation, including system configuration, integrations, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li><li data-start="782" data-end="845">Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.</li><li data-start="846" data-end="946">Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, external consultants, and third-party vendors.</li><li data-end="1056" data-start="947">Drive change management, end-user training, and adoption to ensure smooth post-implementation operations.</li><li data-end="1152" data-start="1057">Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining governance standards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul data-start="1174" data-end="1539"><li data-end="1290" data-start="1174">Minimum 5 years' project management experience, including at least two ERP implementations (NetSuite preferred)</li><li data-start="1174" data-end="1290">CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification advantageous as must have end to end finance experience</li><li data-start="1291" data-end="1372">Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM.</li><li data-end="1441" data-start="1373">Experience managing external system integrators and consultants.</li><li data-end="1539" data-start="1442">Excellent planning, risk management, and delivery skills; able to handle multiple priorities.</li></ul>Desirable:<ul data-start="1558" data-end="1695"><li data-end="1604" data-start="1558">PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.</li><li data-end="1695" data-start="1605">Experience implementing ERP in a marketplace, B2B, or complex operational environment.</li></ul>This is a 12 month interim role contract offering hybrid working.
