<p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p>Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Finance Manager to assist them for 1-2 months. You will be responsible for following duties:</p><ul><li>Ownership of WIP reporting<strong> </strong>across multiple live construction projects</li><li>Cashflow forecasting and short/medium-term planning</li><li>Budget creation and tracking at project and business level</li><li>Oversight and support of an existing bookkeeping team</li><li>Improvement of finance systems and reporting processes</li><li>Senior-level reporting to directors and shareholders</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The successful, temporary Fiance Manager will be have expertise in WIP reporting and have experience in the construction industry. </p><p>You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.</p><p><strong>Client:</strong></p><p>Our client are a Construction Company based in Essex.
