This role involves managing the full migration process, including cleaning and transferring data, configuring Xero to meet their reporting and control requirements, and ensuring accuracy through testing and reconciliation. The Systems Accountant will streamline and document new processes, support day‑to‑day finance operations during the change, and provide training and guidance to colleagues to ensure a smooth adoption of the new system.
