With ambitious growth plans and revenues forecast to double, this is a rare opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of its journey.</p><p>Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take ownership of the day to day finance function whilst acting as a key business partner to operational leadership.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Lead and develop the finance function</li><li>Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts</li><li>Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management</li><li>Drive cost control, margin analysis and operational reporting</li><li>Support manufacturing costing and inventory processes</li><li>Strengthen financial controls and reporting processes</li><li>Partner with operational leaders to support commercial decision making</li><li>Support future growth initiatives and business improvement projects</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Experienced Financial Controller with a background within manufacturing</li><li>Comfortable working in a growing SME or PE backed environment</li><li>Strong in costing, margins and operational finance</li><li>Commercially focused with a pragmatic, hands on approach</li><li>Experienced managing and developing finance teams</li><li>Confident building relationships across the wider business</li><li>Qualifications are welcomed, but experience, commercial acumen and the ability to operate effectively within a growing business are considered equally important.</li></ul><p><strong>What's on Offer?</strong></p><ul><li>£70,000-£80,000 basic salary</li><li>Plus, bonus and additional benefits</li><li>Career growth within a rapidly expanding international business</li></ul><br><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
