This role will take ownership of the financial management of a portfolio of projects and capital programmes.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">This is a key <strong>finance business partnering</strong> role, working closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge and support informed decision-making.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul data-spread="false"><li>Act as a strategic finance business partner to Project Managers and senior stakeholders</li><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial governance across projects</li><li>Challenge financial performance, identify risks and drive corrective action</li><li>Support business cases, investment decisions and benefits realisation</li><li>Provide financial assurance and advice at project governance boards</li><li>Support capital and medium-term financial planning</li><li>Partner with Procurement and business leads on tenders and commercial proposals, ensuring value for money</li><li>Present complex financial information clearly and influence senior decision-making</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What they're looking for: </strong></p><ul><li>Strong communication </li><li>Previous business partnering experience </li><li>Budgeting/forecasting </li><li>Strong Excel ability </li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
