Based in Kensington & Chelsea, this role offers hands-on exposure across the full investment lifecycle within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. The OpportunityAs an Investment Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating, executing, and managing investments across the fund. This is a broad, front-to-back position offering exposure to acquisitions, transaction execution, fund reporting, and investor materials. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Financial modelling, analysis, and due diligence on prospective acquisitions.</li><li>Support transaction execution, coordinating external advisors from acquisition through to exit.</li><li>Prepare investment committee materials and deal packs to support debt and equity raises.</li><li>Maintain and update fund-level financial models and produce quarterly investor reporting.</li><li>Manage and update internal investment databases, property schedules, and investor data rooms.</li><li>Assist in preparing fund documentation and marketing materials, including pitch decks, investment memoranda, and LP documentation for new strategies.</li></ul> Candidate Profile<ul><li>Background in real estate, M&A, accounting, or transactions (real estate exposure preferred).</li><li>ACA qualified or progressing through the CFA (or equivalent).</li><li>Strong financial modelling and analytical skillset.</li><li>Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach and strong attention to detail.</li><li>Investment experience preferred, though high-potential candidates from advisory or accounting backgrounds will be considered.</li><li>Immediate availability preferred.</li></ul> The Offer<ul><li>£70,000-£80,000 base salary + c.20% performance bonus.</li><li>Exposure to the full investment life-cycle within a growing PE platform.</li><li>High-energy, collaborative culture with significant long-term growth potential.</li><li>Office-based role (5 days), with some flexibility where needed.</li></ul>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
