<p>Robert Half are recruiting a Financial Controller role on a permanent basis with an SME based in Hungerford. This role would suit a qualified accountant seeking their final role in finance (next 5-10 years). This role will be primarily based onsite 4-5 days a week.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><p>The Financial Controller will be pivotal in managing the day to day running of the finance team whilst also being a key member of the senior leadership team. The role will involve but not be limited to:</p><ul><li>Managing a small team.</li><li>Overseeing the production of monthly management accounts.</li><li>Budgeting and forecasting.</li><li>Cash flow management.</li><li>Guiding on strategy.</li><li>Financial analysis.</li><li>Liaising with auditors.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><ul><li>ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 10+ years PQE.</li><li>Extensive SME experience.</li><li>Proven leadership experience (3+).</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li>Happy to work onsite 5 days a week.</li><li>Full right to work in the UK.</li><li>Steady CV - 4+ years in each role.
