<p><strong>Interim Finance Manager - Immediate Start</strong><br /><strong>Location: Halifax</strong><br /><strong>Office-Based Role</strong><br /><strong>Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of a financial services business</strong></p><p>Robert Half is supporting a financial services business based in Halifax in the recruitment of an <strong>Interim Finance Manager</strong> for an <strong>immediate start</strong>.</p><p>This is an interim opportunity to provide key finance support following the departure of a permanent member of staff, with cover required until a long-term permanent solution is in place. The role will play an important part in maintaining continuity across the finance function during this transition period.</p><p>The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, or an experienced finance professional operating at this level, with strong hands-on experience of:</p><ul><li>Month-end close</li><li>Cash flow forecasting</li><li>Complex invoice production</li><li>Financial reporting and finance operations oversight</li></ul><p>You will need to be comfortable stepping into a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of core finance responsibilities, and ensuring deadlines are met to a high standard.</p><p><strong>Key requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong accounting background</li><li>Proven month-end experience</li><li>Strong cash flow forecasting capability</li><li>Experience producing complex invoices</li><li>Ability to start immediately or at short notice</li><li>Willingness to work on-site in the client's central Halifax offices</li></ul><p>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced interim finance professional who can add value quickly and support the business through a key period of change.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
