They work with clients internationally with a prime focus on the sustainable and renewable sectors supporting on a number of hiring solutions.</p><p>Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire a talented Management Accountant to join their finance team.</p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><p>The Management Accountant for this recruitment consultancy business based in the city of London, will support the Finance Manager in the production of monthly management accounts, reporting & analysis. They will take on a number of key duties including:</p><ul><li>Support on preparation of monthly management accounts including P&L and variance analysis</li><li>Support the month-end close process and ensure reporting deadlines are met</li><li>Assist with budgets and forecasts</li><li>Perform balance sheet reconciliations</li><li>Analyse revenue, gross margin and consultant performance</li><li>Support senior management with financial reporting and insights</li><li>Help improve financial processes and reporting</li></ul><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><p>The ideal profile for this Management Accountant role, should have the following attributes:</p><ul><li>Part-qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA etc.)</li><li>3+ years of experience in supporting management account preparation.</li><li>Proficient in owning month-end procedures and good knowledge in debits & credits.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Good academic background</li><li>Proficient Excel experience (Advanced)</li><li>Industry background in a recruitment firm would be highly advantageous</li></ul><p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p><p>£45,000 to £50,000 plus benefits including:</p><ul><li>Bonus scheme (10%)</li><li>Study support package</li><li>Hybrid working (3 days in office)</li><li>Modern office environment</li><li>Regular company socials and events</li><li>Pension scheme, private medical & more!</li><li>8:30am - 5:30pm with flexi-time</li><li>20 days holiday + birthday day off & christmas closure</li></ul><p>The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
