<p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>Robert Half is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Finance Transformation expertise. This role supports our sister company Protiviti and requires someone confident operating in a consulting environment, shaping requirements and driving improvements across finance processes, systems, and operating models.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead business analysis activities across finance transformation workstreams.</li><li>Gather, document, and challenge business requirements to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.</li><li>Map current‑state and future‑state finance processes using Microsoft Visio.</li><li>Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation.</li><li>Support solution design across finance systems (ERP, EPM, reporting, controls, data).</li><li>Facilitate workshops with finance SMEs, technology teams, and senior stakeholders.</li><li>Translate complex financial and operational needs into clear, actionable deliverables.</li><li>Contribute to project governance, RAID management, and progress reporting.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Skills & Experience Required</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Business Analyst within finance transformation programmes.</li><li>Strong understanding of finance processes (Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, FP&A, financial controls).</li><li>Advanced Visio skills with demonstrable experience producing process maps and workflow documentation.</li><li>Background in consulting or large‑scale change environments.</li><li>Experience working with finance systems (ERP, EPM, reporting tools).</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work autonomously in a consulting environment.</li><li>Must be commutable to the North West at least 3 days a week </li></ul><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
