We are seeking a Lead Copilot Adoption &amp; AI Enablement Consultant to drive the strategic rollout, front‑end implementation, and user adoption of Microsoft Copilot across the organisation.</p><p>This is a business-facing, front-end role focused on strategy, enablement, AI literacy, and value realisation. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication and training skills with a solid conceptual understanding of how Copilot uses organisational data, documentation, and systems.</p><p> </p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>Copilot Strategy &amp; Adoption</h3><ul><li>Lead the organisation's Copilot adoption and enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with the wider transformation roadmap.</li><li>Identify and prioritise high‑value AI use cases across productivity, knowledge access, documentation processes, and workflow automation.</li><li>Establish measurable outcomes and adoption metrics.</li></ul><h3>Enablement, Training &amp; AI Literacy</h3><ul><li>Deliver training sessions, workshops, coaching, and best practice guidance to drive confident and responsible Copilot usage.</li><li>Create prompt libraries, internal guides, playbooks, and tailored support materials.</li><li>Act as the organisation's AI ambassador, supporting behavioural change and adoption.</li></ul><h3>Data Readiness, Governance &amp; Information Architecture</h3><ul><li>Advise on data readiness, documentation structure, permissions models, and governance considerations needed for effective Copilot performance.</li><li>Support improvements to information architecture to enhance search, summarisation, and knowledge retrieval.</li><li>Contribute to responsible AI usage guidance and governance standards.</li></ul><h3>Copilot Studio &amp; AI Automation</h3><ul><li>Build and refine lightweight Copilot Studio agents to support internal processes, knowledge queries, and documentation workflows.</li><li>Support AI-driven automation such as: <ul><li>meeting summarisation</li><li>automated presentation or document creation</li><li>workflow and operational assistance</li><li>internal system queries</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Stakeholder Engagement</h3><ul><li>Work closely with business teams, transformation leads, and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and remove adoption barriers.</li><li>Communicate progress, opportunities, and challenges to senior leadership.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
