Things to know: <ul><li>Job Title: Senior Internal Auditor</li><li>Salary: £55k - £58k</li><li>Location: Bristol 2-3 days onsite, rest working from home - however travel to other sites is required </li><li>Exam support offered </li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver high-quality audit assignments from planning through to completion, including defining scope and designing effective testing programmes.</li><li>Lead selected audits end-to-end when appointed as Audit Lead, working in line with recognised professional standards.</li><li>Support the Audit Manager and wider team in delivering the annual Internal Audit plan and coordinating assurance reviews.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues, co-source partners and graduates to achieve audit objectives efficiently.</li><li>Provide coaching and support to team members, contributing to ongoing team development.</li><li>Identify root causes and systemic issues, delivering clear, value-adding recommendations and supporting implementation of agreed actions.</li><li>Constructively challenge the business to ensure risks are understood and effectively managed.</li><li>Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and management across the Group.</li><li>Contribute to the development of the Audit Plan, departmental projects and Continuous Improvement initiatives.</li><li>Support key operational activities, including developing and maintaining audit tools and modules.</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Part qualified - ACA/ACCA/CIA </li><li>At least 2 years audit, governance or financial experience.</li><li>Commercial acumen. </li><li>Excellent written and spoken communication skills. </li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills. </li><li>Keen attention to detail. </li></ul>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
