One form of employment fraud occurs when a fraudster claims to be a recruiter, promising to hire you for a job that does not exist. The fraudster then uses this promised job to solicit money or sensitive information from you. Unfortunately, these job scams and other phishing schemes in the recruitment sector are increasing, and we are aware that scammers are unlawfully using the Robert Half name and logo as a part of their scams. Robert Half will: NEVER charge job candidates any fee to work with us. NEVER request job applicants send materials through instant messaging services (e.g., Telegram). NEVER use instant messaging services as a vehicle for you to provide any government identification numbers, such as Social Security Numbers, banking, or payment information. NEVER post jobs on freelance platforms (e.g., Fiverr or Upwork) or connect with job applicants through such platforms. NEVER hire candidates for jobs in countries where we are not authorized to operate. (Refer to the drop-down menu in the footer below to see the list of countries Robert Half operates in).  Please contact our Customer Loyalty Team at [email protected] if you receive any suspicious communications that reference Robert Half or any of our practice groups. Suspicious communications include those asking for you to provide personal information or requesting you pay a fee via email, instant messaging, or social media.
