Description :We are looking for a full time Payroll Specialist to join our team in Lake Oswego. This person will be mainly responsible for the preparation and processing of ADP payroll and generation of associated reports. Our ideal candidate will also be able to work with the Accounting team for additional project as assigned.
Prepare weekly, biweekly and semi-monthly payroll.
Prepare month end payroll entries.
Prepare weekly and monthly labor reports.
Assist in reconciliation of payroll checking account.
Assist internal and external contacts with questions and problem solving.
--At least two years payroll processing experience for 800+ employees
--Excellent computer skills, knowledge of ADP Payroll processing and database software.
--Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff
--Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
