Description :Our Beaverton division is seeking an HR Manager
to oversee the administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources function, as well as management of general office administration functions, such as accounting and billing.
Daily Duties Include:
-Coaches and advises all levels of management -Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies
-Develops strategic initiatives to achieve company goals.
-Responds to inquiries
-Conducts necessary investigations on employee relations issues ?
-Monitors employee counseling, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans?
-Advises management regarding hiring decisions? -Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations ?
-Develops, implements, and monitors the human resources department budget(s).
-Interviews, hires, trains, and supervises HR staff. -Conducts performance reviews and disciplinary discussions. ?
-Liaise with finance and AP/AR departments?
Years of experience needed: 5+
Previous Supervisory experience: Required
