Chad Farias is a Robert Half Executive Search Associate specializing in the identification and vetting of executive leaders and senior-level, functional management professionals in the following disciplines: executive management, financial management, operations management, sales and marketing, technology, healthcare, legal, and human resources.
Chad assists our various Robert Half Executive Search Managing Directors and Principals in conducting searches throughout the United States and internationally.
Chad joined Robert Half in 2013. During his tenure, he has been responsible for identifying and vetting finance and accounting professionals in diverse industries.
Chad has acquired a strong network of contacts through his years of strategic client-based marketing and recruiting. He has developed consultative relationships with small, medium and large sized companies which has led to his ongoing success.
With Chad’s vast network along with his executive candidate development skills, he is able to identify top-level, executive leadership, talent for his diverse blend of clients in multiple vertical industries.
Prior to working at Robert Half, Chad was an Operations Manager at a large Boston-based restaurant company. During his time at the organization, Chad worked closely with senior management to ensure company principles were consistently above industry standards.
Chad’s experience has allowed him to develop strong interpersonal skills that have been invaluable to his success.
Personal and Professional Activities
Throughout his career, Chad has been an active member of the Greater Boston community and has been involved with numerous volunteer organizations and charities. He actively supports and participates in local community fundraising and charities such as The Wounded Worriers Project, Junior Achievement and The Pine Street Inn.
