Professional Experience

Jodie Taylor is vice president of national accounts for Robert Half Legal's consulting solutions practice. In this role, she manages existing strategic and national law firm accounts. She also oversees all staffing requests, including: temporary legal staffing, project and workplace staffing, direct hire, legal search, eDiscovery and managed document reviews. Ms. Taylor has more than 20 years of legal experience and has been with Robert Half for the past 14 years, previously serving as vice president of national projects for Robert Half Legal eDiscovery Services.

Ms. Taylor began her career with Robert Half Legal in 1998 as a recruiting manager and has held several management positions within the organization, including director of business development and training, as well as regional vice president for several branch offices in Southern California and Arizona.

Areas of Expertise

Ms. Taylor has extensive experience managing a wide variety of legal projects for law firms and corporate legal departments. She has worked closely with clients to identify their unique legal needs, advising them on the strategic use of temporary staff, project professionals and the hiring of full-time employees. Ms. Taylor has coordinated project teams working in numerous practice areas ranging from commercial and class action litigation to government investigations.

Relevant Experience

Prior to joining Robert Half Legal, Ms. Taylor spent five years working as a paralegal for the Los Angeles office of Graham & James LLP, whose California offices were eventually acquired by Squire, Sanders & Dempsey.
