Kim Davis

Kim Davis is a Managing Director based in the Birmingham, Ala., office of Robert Half Executive Search. She brings more than 30 years of business development and consultative search experience to her clients. Kim is fueled by her desire to help companies keep their success at maximum levels and collaborates closely with them to ensure their teams remain superior. She provides a customized approach to the engagement process focused on creating mutually beneficial, thriving relationships for her clients and their leaders.

Experience

Kim has a successful history of executing C-level, VP and Director searches across a variety of industries, including financial services (brokerage, capital markets, investment management, trust and banking), insurance and professional services nationwide. Her experience includes founding and operating her own executive search firm as well as serving as in-house search executive for top national and regional firms. She began her career in the financial services industry, holding leadership and business development positions with a host of prominent firms.

Personal and Professional Activities

Kim is an active leader in her community, serving in a variety of organizations including Leadership Birmingham, Momentum Women’s Leaders and Magic Moments, a wish-granting organization dedicated to the children of Alabama. She has served on several executive diversity councils and participated in multiple mentorship programs. Kim is a graduate of The University of Alabama, Culverhouse School of Commerce and Business Administration with a bachelor’s in marketing. She enjoys spending time with her family as well as doing anything outdoors, especially running and hiking, and listening to music of all genres.
