James Parzynski

James Parzynski is a Vice President and Principal specializing in the identification and vetting of executive leaders and senior-level functional management professionals in the following disciplines: executive management, financial management, operations management, sales and marketing, technology, healthcare, legal, and human resources.

Based in the firm’s St. Petersburg, Fla., office, James partners with our various Robert Half Executive Search managing directors and principals, conducting searches throughout the United States and internationally.

Experience

James joined Robert Half in 2014. Prior to joining Robert Half Executive Search, he was the Vice President and Practice Director for both the Wall Street New York office, and the Tampa, Fla., office, where he managed the accounting and finance divisions. He led the recruiting and business development efforts for finance, accounting and business systems professionals on a project and interim basis. During his tenure as Practice Director, James achieved both a Chairman’s Club and President’s Club Award.

James has developed his recruitment skills and experience to span many industries, having completed searches for public, for-profit, nonprofit, and private companies ranging from startups to large corporations of varying sizes. He brings commitment, mindfulness and focus to all client engagements and utilizes a relationship-driven and consultative approach.

Personal and Professional Activities

James attended Michigan State University where he studied economics. He has worked closely with the New York State Society of CPAs and has been involved with volunteer organizations, including Junior Achievement of New York and Boys & Girls Club of Tampa.
