Edward “Eddie” Lee is a Managing Director at Robert Half Executive Search. He is based out of our Boston office and focuses globally on the technology (AI, cloud, enterprise), healthcare (digital health, biotech/pharma, medical device) and consumer industries.

With over 20 years in retained search, Eddie is a leadership consultant and talent advisor servicing growth-oriented companies. The breadth of his recruiting experience spans all levels in engineering, product management, sales, marketing and operations. Clients have included global Fortune 1000 corporations, as well as early-stage companies backed by venture capital or private equity.

Experience

Prior to joining Robert Half Executive Search, Eddie owned and managed his own firm, working with clients across multiple verticals and functions.

Previously, he was a key contributor for several “boutique” executive search firms that focused directly on building successful management teams with early- to growth-stage, venture-backed companies. He has placed over 300 executives in his career.

Personal and Professional Activities

Eddie sits on the board of directors for the Hurricanes Athletic Club of Boston, a provider of sports programs to young adults with ties to Boston’s Chinatown community. He also coaches the club’s basketball team, which competes nationally.

He is also member of the MIT Enterprise Forum, which supports and mentors emerging entrepreneurs to innovate and inspire.

Eddie is a graduate of Boston University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and economics.
